We take responsibility for all aspects of the project from selection of the design team, review of design details, final selection of finishes & materials, through to construction, implementation of quality control and final certification.

Embracing all of our experience we bring together key individuals to work towards a successful desired outcome. Through the use of our preferred architects and consultants we can create a design and construct refurbishment/fitout package that is delivered on time, on budget and beyond our client's expectations.

In collaboration with our in-house real estate agent, we can also source ‘the place’ for lease and utilising the concept of design and construct we can ‘match to your needs’.

We also offer rental/lease management services to tenants of Practec properties.

Practec Group offers construction refurbishment/fitout management services whereby we can coordinate all works associated with your commercial refurbishment/fitout, inclusive of plumbing, electrical, fire, air conditioning service trades along with joinery, tiling, workstations, loose furniture, furniture, fittings and equipment.

If it’s ‘build only’ you want, Practec Group can also offer ‘construction only’ services for niche clientel.
