Practec Group of Companies was created in 1985 and has been a strong influence in the specialised property development and commercial refurbishment/fitout market. From major in-house developments to smaller scale design and/or construct refurbishments/fitouts, we ensure our designs are not only stylish and aesthetically appealing, they are also structurally sound, code compliant and of the highest quality.

We have the flexibility to work independently or closely with you to meet your specific needs in achieving the successful completion of your project inclusive of rental/lease management services, should you require them. We are a licensed builder and member of the Master Builders Association of Australia.

We focus our project locations to Surry Hills, Eastern Suburbs, the lower North Shore & Inner West.
