The Practec team is focused on great design, exceptional service and a solution for every client.
Operating from our modern terrace offices in Surry Hills, we are a small close group, diverse in age, skill and experience. Having shared many interactive working years together we know the strength of the team is each individual and the strength of each individual is the team.
By staying up to date with the latest technology in the field, we look forward to many more years designing and building projects that are unique in character and appeal.
ANDREW THOMAS
CFO/Director
Andrew's high attention to detail and stringent financial control solidifies the company’s financial strength.
As Practec's Chief Financial Officer his main focus is on property acquisitions and diversifying the company’s portfolio.
Andrew enjoys red wine, good food and ‘diverse’ company which includes his dog Albie.
CON ENRIGHT
Construction Manager / Director
Con is a licenced builder with over 25 years experience.
As Practec's Construction Manager one of his greatest strengths is his hands on approach and attention to the ‘smaller details’.
Con’s love of travel is evident from his much used passort and the many stories he has to tell.
RICHARD HORTON
Estimator / Project Manager
Richard's main focus as Estimator is on tendering and winning projects using his vast years of estimating experience
As Practec's Project Manager he coordinates the logistics of the supply and delivery of materials to projects.
When Richard is not at work you’ll find him on his much loved boat sailing around Pittwater.
WARWICK TURNER
Project Manager
Warwick runs Practec jobs with enthusiasm and dedication.
As Practec's Project Manager he gets the best out of the people and the projects he oversees. He thrives when projects under his management are completed ‘on time’ and ‘on budget’.
Warwick enjoys fine dining but as a dad he has little time ‘for now’ so opts for walking his dog in the park for relaxing downtime and enjoys frequenting the local cafés with his family.
LORRAINE WILSON
Design Coordinator
As Practec's Design Coordinator Lorraine's role is extremely varied allowing her to fully utilise her wide ranging skill set. Her main focuses include design brief, space planning and finishes selection.
She also runs the office and keeps the boys in line, which isn’t always an easy task!
A new found passion for open water ocean swimming has taken her to many great locations (and thankfully no sharks spotted !)
