PRACTEC GROUP EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR BOUTIQUE HOTEL

In collaboration with Practec Developments, we are excited to announce the successful lodgement of a Development Application for a boutique hotel offering 69 rooms across 5 levels in the heart of Darlinghurst.

Drawing inspiration from the surrounds and being sympathetic to the area street frontage and heritage style cues, the architectural design focuses strongly on space planning and aesthetic sympathy.

The concept celebrates the heritage nature of the building whilst optimising yield and has been carefully refined in conjuntion with the architect, town planner & heritage consultant.  With detailed input from key construction consultants the design maximises room numbers whilst meeting all necessary building codes and considers cost efficient construction. The overall layout is espectful of the urban surrounds and connected location of the property

PRACTEC OFFICE UPDATE SINCE COVID 19

Practec Group of Companies have been operating for 3 years now from their modern terrace offices since June 2017 and are still able to enjoy the work environment  despite COVID 19 ... "it's still a great place to work, the atmosphere, the location, the staff" ...

The full brick double terrace situated in Campbell Street, Surry Hills was restored and modernised to capture an intriguing balance of old and new creating a very inspiring workplace environment.

We were able to start from scratch, knocking down walls and putting up others that better fit our team and how we are growing. The open plan layout has allowed us to comfortably maintain the 1.5m distance rule and remain safe during this stressful time. We are amongst the lucky ones and trust everyone out there remains safe & healthy.

PRACTEC GROUP SELLS CONVERTED WAREHOUSE IN SURRY HILLS

63 Ann Street, Surry Hills, a landmark building held by Practec Group of Companies for 23 years, was sold last week (April 2018) to an ASX listed company.  "Surry Hills is the creative and innovative hub of Sydney" said SKW Property's Steve Wan.  "Current occupants of the building are attracted by the boutique space, central location and surrounding amenities".

The property is bounded by frontages to Ann, Little Riley and Little Albion Street and is not far from Central Station. It stands directly opposite Frog Hollow Reserve within the busy office precinct where the vacancy rate is now at 1.3 per cent, the lowest recorded for the market ... 63 Ann Street is a unique double brick office warehouse converstion (approx 934m2) in the tightly held Surry Hills office market. The property origins date back to Sydney's colonial history.

Practec Group of Companies look forward to future developments and new beginnings.
